Today WitsFMF set out on our O-week massive mobilisation campaign on the Amic deck… We gathered and put up banners of our movement, set out indigenous games across the Amic deck, did extensive interaction with first years through gaming and teaching on the FMF movement.
We went on to sell kasi snacks (ama kip kip, Stumbos, Nik nacks, cool times and ama’bujwa) and had gaming competitions with other students, as a form of fundraising for the movement… We made R 319
Today was a good start for the movement and even build reassurance amongst students that WitsFMF is still for students by students…
We aim to continue with the mobilisation campaign for the rest of the week.. We do however plead that more comrades are present to help with the mobilisation of students. Fundraising is also going to continue…
Can comrades meet at the Amic Deck tomorrow from 09:00 to set-up.. Can we also wear old tees that you wouldn’t mind spray painting.. If you have the following please bring it with you:
Spray paint, old white sheets or linen, tape, chalk, pamphlets, ropes, tennis balls, soccer balls and chairs. Hope to see everyone this week

Comrades we back and ready to fight our struggle… Let’s wok together so that we achieve free quality education in our life time…
